Michael Glenn Minshall - Minshall, 20, of Sequim, entered into a Clallam County Drug Court contract with prosecutors Jan. 15.
If Minshall is able to complete the conditions of the contract, prosecution will drop his charges, which are one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, one count of minor driving after consumption of alcohol and one count of minor in possession of alcohol.
Minshall was arrested in Port Angeles after officers allegedly saw him driving erratically. While searching the vehicle after the arrest, the officer allegedly found marijuana in a backpack.
Guy Vogelzang - Vogelzang, 29, of Port Angeles, was charged Jan. 16 with possession of stolen property in the second degree.
In February 2008, the Clallam County Sheriff's Office received a report from the SunLand Golf and Country Club that an airless paint sprayer and a laser level had been stolen. The estimated value of both items is $797.
In March 2008, a deputy interviewed Vogelzang, an employee of the club at the time, regarding the alleged theft. He stated he did not possess the items.
In December 2008, the sheriff's office received a report the paint sprayer and laser level had been pawned in Port Angeles by Vogelzang's wife. The laser level subsequently was sold, but officials were able to obtain the paint sprayer.
In a second interview on Jan. 15, 2008, Vogelzang denied knowledge the items were stolen, indicating he had received them in a trade with another former employee of the club and that his wife also had no clue the items were stolen.
He reportedly said he did not admit to possession of the items during the first interview because of bad experiences with law enforcement. The deputy reported, however, that Vogelzang had paid the pawn interest in order to hide the property within the pawnshop.
Sarah Sullivan - Clallam County Superior Court issued a bench warrant Jan. 16 for the arrest of Sullivan, 22, of Port Angeles, for failure to appear in court on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of use of drug paraphernalia.
On July 31, Sequim Police conducted a traffic stop on a car with an expired vehicle registration. Sullivan was a passenger in the vehicle.
The driver was arrested for driving with a suspended license in the third degree. During a search of the vehicle incident to the arrest, the officer reportedly found a purse containing methadone.
The officer also allegedly found hypodermic needles, two scales and a methamphetamine smoking device. Court records show she denied ownership of the purse until the officer indicated there was a job application with her name on it in the purse, at which time she allegedly admitted ownership of the bag.
Erin Schleve - Schleve, 26, of Sequim, entered into a drug court contract with Clallam County Superior Court for the charge of possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana. If Schleve is successful in complying with the conditions of the contract, prosecutors will drop the case.
