Master Gardeners set to renew weekly plant clinics

Clallam County WSU Master Gardeners begins its weekly plant clinics in Sequim and Port Angeles in April.
At the clinics, Master Gardener volunteers address plant and pest problems in home landscapes and gardens and help clients research solutions.
The clinics are free and open to home gardeners. No appointments are necessary.
Bring bagged samples of healthy and damaged areas of plants, including stem, leaves, flowers, fruits or cones and living specimens of pests.
Clinics are 10 a.m.-2 p.m. each Saturday from April 4-Sept. 26, except holidays, at Co-Op Farm & Garden, 216 E. Washington St., Sequim.
Clinics also are 9 a.m.-
1 p.m. each Monday from April 6-Oct. 27, except holidays, at the WSU Extension Office in the Clallam County Courthouse in Port Angeles.
Clallam County Master Gardeners, a cooperative program between Washington State University and Clallam County, provides up-to-date information on sustainable gardening practices. Master Gardener volunteers also address environmental and social priorities such as water conservation, the protection of water quality, reducing the impact of invasive species and healthy living through gardening.
