Anthony Charles Buchanan - Buchanan, 33, Montcalir, Calif., had his court case on two charges of first-degree custodial interference continued until Aug. 28.
Buchanan was the alleged accomplice of Loretta Edberg, who was arrested May 1 in Montclair, Calif. Edberg also is scheduled to be in court on that date.
Their attorneys were informed that if Buchanan or Edberg do not appear, a bench warrant will be issued.
Shaun Patrick Reese - Reese, 25, transient, was charged Aug.18 with one count of attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, second-degree vehicle prowl, third-degree theft and obstructing a law enforcement officer.
According to court records, Reese allegedly failed to obey a police officer's order to pull over while driving on Washington Street on Aug. 13. He allegedly had broken into a car and stolen the car stereo. He also allegedly gave a false name when questioned by the arresting officer.
Anthony Forshaw - Forshaw, 22, Sequim, was charged Aug. 17 with one count of lottery fraud and one count of second-degree theft. According to court records, he allegedly stole seven "Set For Life" Washington State Lottery tickets from a Sequim business and tried to cash them at other businesses.
Michelle D. Masterson - Masterson, 42, Creswell, Ore., was charged Aug. 18 with one count of forgery, one count of illegal issuance of a bank check and one count of second-degree theft.
According to court records, Masterson allegedly tried to pass checks on Aug. 13 totaling $957 at three Sequim businesses that were from her closed checking account and a closed account belonging to another person.
Masterson has outstanding warrants in Oregon and thus was considered a flight risk, so bail was set at $50,000.
Dustin Goodhue - Goodhue, 26, Sequim was sentenced Aug. 14 on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance to the residential drug offender sentencing alternative with an Oct. 16 progress hearing, 33 months probation and $2,325 in fines and court costs. Ten other counts were dismissed.
Charles Dee Hartman - Hartman, 39, Sequim was sentenced Aug. 19 on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance to three concurrent terms of 12 months plus one day in jail with credit for time served, 27 to 36 months of probation, substance abuse evaluation and $2,250 in fines and court costs.
Jason Wayne Hartlein - Hartlein, 32, of Sequim, had an Aug. 21 court date set for arraignment on one count of lottery fraud and one count of second-degree theft. According to court records, Hartlein allegedly stole seven $20 "Set For Life" Washington State Lottery tickets from a Sequim business and tried to redeem them at other Sequim businesses.
Joshua Michael Wilson - A bench warrant was issued Aug. 20 for Wilson, 26, Sequim, also known as Joshua J. Branch and Joshua Michael Wedding, after he failed to appear for a court date. He is facing one count of intimidating a witness or former witness, one count of fourth-degree assault and one count of first-degree criminal trespass.
Michael Wayne Wilhelm - Wilhelm, 47, of Port Angeles, entered into a drug court contract on Aug. 20 for one count of forgery and one count of unlawful possession of fictitious identification. He also pleaded guilty to five other counts of forgery with nine other counts of forgery and drug charges dismissed. An addendum statement by Wilhelm was sealed by the court.
Mark Seamands - Seamands, 38, of Sequim had a bench warrant for his arrest issued Aug. 20 after he failed to appear for a court date. He is facing two counts of second-degree assault domestic violence.
Paul Andrew West - West, 28, Sequim pleaded guilty Aug. 20 to one count of second-degree assault and one count of possession and manufacture of marijuana with intent to deliver. Sentencing was set for Sept. 3.
