Saturdays 9 a. m.-3 p.m.

Between Sequim and

Second avenues

Wednesdays 2-6 p.m.

Corner of Sequim Avenue and Washington Street

By Lisa Bridge,

Market manager

Joe Bridge, almost a one-man band, will be back singing American folks songs, old gospels tunes and Irish ballads with his guitar, banjo, harmonica and drum, plus with vocal accompaniment by Curt Haugen, you can be assured you too will be singing along.

New at the market this week are some fun new artists who have just joined the market. Come down and visit the booth of Peter and Rachel Rowson. They are a dynamic duo - she does the painting for the cedar boxes that he builds. Rachel paints with warm wax, using candles and crayons and a brush. She stumbled upon this very old technique and does some magic with it. Peter is an avid recycler, frequenting our proud sponsors Around and Around Again for scraps of fine wood and other would-be land fill items to make clever and useful homewares. Take a moment to meet and learn something new from these crafty people.

The community booths will be hosting Vision Loss Center, Family Planning of Clallam County and Sequim Rotary Club. Family Planning will be offering important information about breast and colon health.

The Sequim Open Aire Market Booth has been hosting an organization known as Sequim Speaks. You can find them in the market booth from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturdays.
