Water restored to Carlborg area

Water is restored to the Carlsborg area as of 10 a.m. after a brief outage this morning. Michael Howe, PUD executive communications coordinator, said a broken fire hydrant caused 150 customers to go without power and about 80 others experienced low water flow.
