“Sequim 120,” the citizen participation program of the city’s comprehensive plan update, will begin with workshops at 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, March 10, and at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 11, at the Sequim Transit Center,190 W. Cedar St.
