Dinner/dance to aid firefighters

The Port Angeles Fire Department Auxiliary and District 2 Volunteer Firefighters host a “Firefighter Harvest” fundraiser spaghetti dinner and dance from 6 p.m.-midnight Saturday, Sept. 8, at the Clallam County Fairgrounds Home Arts Building. Proceeds support fire relief baskets, scholarships and equipment for District 2.
The event includes a wine tasting, a silent auction and music by Way Cool.
Tickets ($25) are available in Port Angeles at the Port Angeles Fire Department, 102 E. Fifth St.; the Spa Shop, 230-C E. First St.; and KONP, 721 E. First St.
