Community resource fair set for Saturday

A drop-in Community Resource Fair spotlights organizations in Clallam County that can help people get through economic hard times from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.
Staffers from many local organizations will be at the library to talk with people and provide advice on getting help for their specific needs.
Organizations include Serenity House, Olympic Area Agency on Aging, NOLS’s Outreach services, the Department of Social & Human Services, The United Way and others.
The event is free and open to the public. For more information about this and other programs, go to www.nols.org and click on “Events” or contact the library at 417-8500 or rnugent@nols.org.
