Bill T. made plans with Bill for the next golf game together. To my niece, Corrie Urquhart, for stopping her life for me; Alicia and Sean for arriving sooner rather than later; and my brother, Thomas Thorsby, for his love and support in the days following Bill's passing. And last but not least, daughter Shannon, who gave him such unconditional love, especially during the past several months. I could not have managed without you. Special thanks to Desert Oasis Hospice of 20815 N. 25th Place #A106, Phoenix, AZ 85050 who helped me with Bill's care during the last two months.
