Gwen R. Schreiner
A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at American Legion Post 62, 107 E. Prairie St., Sequim, for Sequim resident Gwen R. Schreiner, who died Sept. 24, 2012, at the age of 77.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Clallam County Historical Society.
Lois Ann Doninger
There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at Drennan & Ford Funeral Home, 260 Monroe Road, Port Angeles, for Port Angeles resident Lois Ann Doninger, who died Sept. 8, 2012, at the age of 83.
She was born Aug. 21, 1929.
The Rev. Dave Moffitt will officiate at the memorial and burial will be at Oceanview Cemetery.
Joel P. Nicassio
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 525 N. Fifth Ave., Sequim, for Joel P. Nicassio, who died Sept. 8, 2012, at his home in Kealkekua, Hawaii. He was the son of Dorothy Nicassio of Sequim.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Vicki Nicassio, of Utah; an uncle, John Wyness, of Utah; and two nieces.
Adelina Tordini
Sequim resident Adelina "Linda" Tordini died Sept. 23, 2012, at the age of 87.
She was born Oct. 31, 1924, in Paterson, N.J., to Giuseppe Saveriano and Giuseppina Fudoli.
She married Arthur Tordini on April 20, 1946.
She worked in furniture sales in New Jersey. In Sequim, she was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church and a volunteer for Fairview School, Sequim Aquatic Recreation Center and the Cardiac Services Department at Olympic Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Tordini.
She is survived by her brother Jim Saveriano of Greensboro, N.C.; son and daughter-in-law Dr. Arthur Louis and Judy Tordini, of Port Angeles; daughter and son-in-law Alana and Jack Cortese of Branchburg, N.J.; and three grandchildren.

Frederick James Richmond
Port Angeles resident Frederick James Richmond died Sept.14, 2012, at the age of 69.
He was born in Gold Beach, Ore., on March 13, 1943, to Leo Limond and Helen Louise Lindberg Richmond.
He married Carol Jean Hogstrom in July 1966 in Pasadena, Texas. The couple later divorced.
He worked on the Gemini Project for NASA from 1961-1965 and served in the United States Navy from 1965-1968 during the Vietnam War. He later worked in computer technology in Maryland and Colorado. After moving to Washington to be near family, he worked for many years at K-Ply in Port Angeles and later at The Home Depot in Sequim.
His mother, Helen L. Richmond, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his father, Leo L. Richmond, of Sequim; brother and sister-in-law Richard and Judy Richmond, of Sequim; sister Patricia Gorr, of Sequim; sister and brother-in-law Mary and Robert Rowland, of Port Orchard; son and daughter-in-law James and Jennifer Richmond, of Englewood, Colo.; son and daughter-in-law Daniel and Megan Richmond, of Arvada, Colo.; three nieces; four nephews; and two grandsons, with a third grandson expected in October.
A private family celebration of life is planned for spring 2013, in Port Orchard, with internment to follow in June 2013 at Fort Logan National Cemetery, in Denver, Colo.
Linde-Price Funeral Services of Sequim was in charge of arrangements.
Helen Schriner
Sequim resident Helen Schriner died Sept. 26, 2012, at the age of 89.
She was born Nov. 25, 1922, in Chicago, Ill. She married Lambert Schriner on May 26, 1941, in Chicago.
She moved to Sequim in 1971 after retiring from Western Electric. She and her husband later moved to McDonald Creek, where they raised sheep and gardened.
At her prior request, there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made in her honor at the Sequim Education Foundation, P.O. Box 3065, Sequim, WA 98382; or the charity of the giver's choice.
Arrangements were by Sequim Valley Funeral Chapel.
