Jennifer Morelos recently was chosen as Sequim Sunrise Rotary’s December Vocational Student of the Month.

 

Morelos is a senior at Sequim High School and was joined at the meeting by her mother, Anna.

 

Morelos has lived in Sequim since age 8 and has a brother who is a junior at the high school.

 

She was selected by her teacher, Charles Kleinberg, who teaches advanced multimedia.

 

Morelos is active in cheerleading and enjoys Spanish, math and history classes. Her hobbies include baking, taking pictures and listening to music.

 

Her volunteer activities are helping at the Alzheimer’s walk, youth cheer camp, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and the Soroptimist International of Sequim Gala Garden Show. She plans to attend college and become a dentist.
