Now a business major at Linfield College in Mc-

Minnville, Ore., freshman Cory Parrish still is running.

The high school track and cross country standout now runs for the NCAA Division II Wildcats. Linfield placed second at the Northwest Conference championships Oct. 27 in Brooks, Ore.

A team captain and all-league selection in both cross country and track, Parrish completed a tough feat by qualifying for state in three sports (including basketball) in 2006-07.
