Sequim High School’s equestrian team finished up a strong 2010 season with a District 4 small team championship and a 12th-place finish out of 40 teams at the state competition, May 13-16 in Wenatchee.
Clara Duncan earned a state championship in pole bending while teammates Shannon Robbins (working rancher) and Sasha O’Meara-Crowell (dressage) took home third-place bronze medals. Here are Sequim’s individual and team results from district and states meets:
