Kathy Otos, owner of Elle Salon, opened her hair salon and clothing boutique in November at Rock Plaza, 10167 Old Olympic Highway, in Sequim. Otos, a stylist for 16 years, worked at Changes Salon in Sequim eight years ago before opening her own salon in Port Angeles. “Since most of my clients are from Sequim, I’m back,” she said. Elle Salon offers haircuts, color and foil services and waxing and also carries a full line of hair products. A selection of clothing is available and the spring line is expected in soon, Otos said.
