It’s a full house for the Caring Hands Learning Center’s ribbon-cutting event on Oct. 9, hosted by the center and the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce. The learning center, at 191 West Sequim Bay Road, opened Sept. 19 with 11 students and has capacity for 44, with plans for an infant room in the not-too-distant future.
