Centennial Queen's gown returns to P.A.

Karyn Anne Kunkel, the 1961 Port Angeles Centennial Queen, has donated her official portrait, gown, tiara, sash, gloves and pins to the Clallam County Historical Society in honor of the city's sesquicentennial.

 

Kunkel noted that the gown still fits.

 

The items are on exhibit at the Museum at the Carnegie, 207 S. Lincoln St., Port Angeles, open from 1-4 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday.
