Skip Kratzer shows his artwork at the Sequim Licensing Depot, 645 W. Washington St., Suite 2, through February. Kratzer’s artistic career began with pin-striping and has developed into a body of popular artwork including subjects such as airplanes, autos and animals. The new licensing subagency is owned by Suzan Mansfield. The office is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. Contact the depot at 683-8375. It now offers hunting, fishing and shellfish licenses and Discover Park passes.
