Also present at the drawing were, from left, PFOA volunteers Pam Joneli, Carol Yada, Sharon Palmer and Ellen Morrison, who gathered the entries at area businesses during February for Spay/Neuter Month.
PFOA, a nonprofit, no-kill animal rescue organization, assists with low-income spaying and neutering with monthly surgery clinics in partnership with Sequim Animal Hospital.
