Bryan Lee Constant - Constant, 23, Sequim, was charged Sept. 8 with one count of residential burglary and one count of first-degree attempted theft. Constant and three others allegedly tried to steal a safe containing more than $1,500 from a home on Sept. 4.
Jesse M. Troit - Troit, 19, Bainbridge Island, was charged Sept. 8 with one count of residential burglary and one count of first-degree attempted theft. Troit allegedly tried to steal a safe with more than $1,500 from a home on Sept. 4.
Ciara Joe Neil - Neil, 18, Bremerton, was charged Sept. 8 with two counts of residential burglary, one count of first-degree theft and one count of first-degree attempted theft. Neil allegedly broke into a home on Sept. 4 and stole more than $1,500 from a safe.
Charley Nicole Ralston - Ralston, 25, Sequim was charged Sept. 8 with three counts of second-degree trafficking in stolen property. Ralston allegedly broke into a home sometime between Aug. 28 and Sept. 3 and stole an estimated $1,000 worth of coins from a locked box.
Melinda Marie Thurman - Thurman, 22, Sequim was charged Sept. 8 with one count of delivery of a controlled substance, one count of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, one count of maintaining a vehicle or premises for drug trafficking, two counts of fourth-degree assault, one count of third-degree possession of stolen property and one count of use of drug paraphernalia. Thurman allegedly assaulted her boyfriend on two occasions between Aug. 24 and Sept. 7 and during a search of her apartment, OxyContin, drug paraphernalia and a sign stolen from the Sequim Police Department were located.
Paul Andrew West - West, 28, Sequim was sentenced Sept. 3 to 10 months in jail with 30 days converted to community service on a count of second-degree assault and six months on a count of possession and manufacture of marijuana with intent to deliver to run concurrently and $2,035 in fines and court costs.
Anntoinette Barley - Barley, aka Anntoinette Restaino, 34, Port Angeles, entered into a diversion agreement Aug. 19 on one count of second degree theft other than a firearm. Barley allegedly was working at US Bank in Sequim May 5 when her cash drawer came up $1,615 short.
Brian Jed Lee - Lee, 49, Sequim was charged Sept. 9 with one count of third-degree assault. Lee allegedly assaulted an ambulance emergency medical technician on Sept. 8 while being treated.
Clifford E. Hanning - Hanning, 23, transient, was charged Sept. 10 with one count of second-degree burglary, one count of third-degree malicious mischief (property damage) and one count of third-degree theft. According to court records, Hanning allegedly broke into a Sequim business on Sept. 9, stealing money and causing property damage.
Haltom, Christopher Lee - Haltom, 18, Sequim was charged Sept. 10 with one count of second-degree burglary, one count of third-degree malicious mischief (property damage) and one count of third-degree theft. According to court records, Hanning allegedly broke into a Sequim business on Sept. 9, stealing money and causing property damage.
