Computer classes for beginners start in January

The Sequim Library branch offers a series of four computer classes for beginners from 10-11:30 a.m. Thursdays at 630 N. Sequim Ave.
Sign-ups begin Jan. 2. Due to limited computer space, preregistration is required; call 683-1161 during library open hours to register: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; 1 p.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. If interest warrants, the classes may be repeated.
Classes include:
_ "Understanding the Desktop, Mouse and Keyboard," Jan. 14
_ "Navigating the Internet," Jan. 21
_ "Connecting by E-mail, part 1," Jan. 28
_ "Connecting by E-mail, part 2," Feb. 4
These hands-on computer classes are limited to no more than four participants.
