Several Sequim-area residents are among the winners for inclusion in Tidepools 2010, an annual art and literary magazine produced by Peninsula College students that features art, poetry, short prose and photography from the North Olympic Peninsula.

Local winners are Tuttie Peetz, in the adult fine art category; Jane Johnson of Carlsborg and Beth Barrett of Sequim in the adult photography category; Cynthia Brooke of Carlsborg in the P.C. student digital art category; Jake Gilles in the P.C. student photography category; and Emily Glenn, Liam Harris and Austin Law, all of Sequim, in the youth writing categories.
