Quality Inn wins awards
Choice Hotels International, Inc., awarded Roy Howell, Damian Humphreys and Bret Wirta of the Quality Inn & Suites hotel of Sequim the Eco-Excellence, Innovation and Support Staff Service Excellence Awards respectively.
The Eco-Excellence award is for increasing green operations to better the environment. Howell won the award for an expanded recycling program.
The Innovation award is for new practices to increase guest satisfaction or hotel efficiency. Humphreys won the award for ideas that contributed to the hotel's record revenue in 2009.
The Support Staff Service Excellence award is for surpassing a guest's service expectations. Wirta won the award for his dedication to service excellence and to his staff.
