Perlwitz’s activities include soccer at Sequim High School, club soccer in Poulsbo and performing in the high school band and a saxophone quartet. His hobbies include attending Seattle Sounders games. He plans to attend either the United States Naval Academy or West Point. He maintains a 3.55 grade-point average. He is the son of Paul and Scooter Perlwitz of Sequim.
