2-year-old missing after mobile home fire

A 2-year-old boy is believed missing after a fire consumed a Diamond Point mobile home around 11 a.m. Friday, March 9.
Clallam County Fire District 3 reports that five people — a mother and father, a grandmother, a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old boy, were in the home at 121 Blue Ice Terrace in Diamond Point when the fire started.
The father is being airlifted to Harborview Medical Center and the 4-year-old is being evaluated by medics on scene.
The 2-year-old boy is missing and believed to be in the remains of the house. The fire crews are waiting for the home to cool off before they begin the search. The mobile home is leveled and a nearby van was destroyed.
Clallam County Sheriff’s Office, Olympic Ambulance and multiple units of the fire district reported to the scene.
