Retired physical therapist Barbara Paschal presents “Improving Your Memory and Balance” on Sunday, Sept. 2, with “Understanding and Living with Chronic Pain” by Rob Dalm, PAC, on Sunday, Sept. 16, both at 3 p.m. at Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church, 923 N. Sequim Ave.
Improving strength and endurance at home is the subject of a forum on “Living Room Aerobics” with Paschal at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at Olympic Medical Center, 840 N. Fifth Ave.
Sue Sorenson, R.N., presents “Pre-diabetes: Actions to Prevent Diabetes” at noon Thursday, Sept. 13, at the Sequim Transit Center, 152 W. Cedar St.
WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic—Sequim’s free clinic.
The clinic is open at 5 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays to uninsured and underinsured community members at 777 N. Fifth Ave., Suite 109. Call 582-0218.
