Seventh Avenue repair brings delays

The monthlong North Seventh Avenue rehabilitation and overlay project begins the week of Oct. 22.
Work will take place from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday.
The road will be narrowed to one lane and drivers can expect some delays.
