Sean Earl Gormley
UPDATE Fri 1600: Sequim Police officers arrested Sean Earl Gormley around 3:20 p.m. Friday at Sequim's Red Ranch Inn, 830 W. Washington St.
According to Sequim Police sources, Gormley allegedly entered a local thrift shop and an employee asked him if he was armed; it was evident that Gormley was wearing a bulletproof vest. Gormley allegedly replied that he was armed, that he had a permit, and that he was with the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team (OPNET), a drug investigation team comprised of officers from the North Olympic Peninsula’s police departments.
Gormley is not a member of this team.

Sequim Police are looking to stop and question Sean Earl Gormley, a 25-year-old white male for Impersonation of an Officer.
Gormley stands 5 feet, 11 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes.
According to Sequim Police sources, Gormley entered a local thrift shop and an employee asked him if he was armed; it was evident that Gormley was wearing a bulletproof vest. Gormley was last seen about noon today, Feb. 15, on foot, in the area of South Second Avenue and Bell Street. He was wearing a gray stocking cap, black jacket, blue jeans and carrying a black backpack. He may have had some facial hair.
The public is asked to call 9-1-1 if Gormley is spotted. He is to be considered armed.
