Steven Duncan, 64, of Port Townsend was injured when his 2008 Winnebago RV flipped upside down after running off the road at U.S. Highway 101 and Schoolhouse Point Lane. According to Washington State Patrol Officer James Fallon, Duncan said that a coffee spill had caused him to run off the road. Fallon also suspects that Duncan was wearing his seatbelt due to bruises on his stomach. Duncan was transported to Olympic Medical Center without life-threatening injuries.
