Ductless heat pump partnership

Alpha Builder Corporation and Pro-Tech Heating & A/C have formed a partnership to supply and install ductless heat pumps.

Thrift shop open Saturday

The Sequim Dungeness Hospital Guild’s Thrift Shop, 204 W. Bell St., Sequim, will be open

11 a.m-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6. Holiday items including decorations and dishware will be featured. All white-tagged items are marked half price during the sale.

The thrift store is in need of donations, including clean clothing, household items and jewelry.

Proceeds from the shop are used for community projects.

Three Crabs changes hours

The 3 Crabs Restaurant has changed to winter hours at 11 Three Crabs Road, Sequim.

The restaurant is open 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesdays-Thursdays and 11:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Fridays-Mondays.

Pathways Holistic Healthcare

Victoria Jazwic, a certified hypnotherapist, offers group guided imagery from 6:30-

7:30 p.m. the first Monday of the month at Pathways Holistic Healthcare, 127 W. Bell St., Sequim.

New workshops soon to be offered include "Creating a Personal Vision for the New Year," "Sustainable Self Care," and "Emerging your Authentic Self."

A support group called "Sister My Soul" also will be offered.

Shoulder workshop for massage practitioners

A workshop on shoulder treatment techniques is available for licensed massage practitioners from 6-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, in Room A-7 in the Peninsula College Massage Therapy Program classroom, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd., Port Angeles.

Attendees should bring a set of sheets, three pillowcases, a $5 donation and a potluck snack.
