Jacob Dostie of the Olympic Mountaineers lacrosse team flings a shot toward the goal in the Mountaineers’ 13-1 win against Mt. Si Saturday in Agnew. The Mountaineers, a group of high school-aged players from Sequim, Port Angeles and the North Olympic Peninsula region, wrapped up their regular season with an 8-5 mark — second place behind 11-2 Klahowya — and out-scored opponents 84-73. Olympic plays undefeated Wenatchee (12-0) at Wenatchee Valley College on May 15 in a loser-out, winner advances division II playoff game. Sequim Gazette photos by Michael Dashiell.
