Oasis leads senior softball circuit

With a 15-run effort on Aug. 3, Sequim’s Oasis Sports Bar retains a lead in the Peninsula Senior Softball League.

Playing with a 5-on-5-on-5 format, Oasis scored 15 runs to Port Townsend Elks’ seven runs and Port Angeles’ four-run effort.

Oasis leads the league, with Sequim’s 7 Cedars Casino and Port Townsend tied for third. The Sequim Merchants squad is fourth while Port Angeles is last.

Playing today (Aug. 10) is7 Cedras Casino, Sequim Merchants and Port Angeles.
