Sequim's girls basketball squad aims for its first win of the 2012-2013 campaign as they take on the Crosspoint Academy Warriors at 5 p.m. on Friday in Bremerton. (There is no junior varsity game.)

The Wolves dropped a 42-40 heartbreaker to Eastside Catholic on Dec. 3 in Sammamish.

The Wolves (0-2 in league, 0-3 overall) looked to rebound the next day in their hope opener against Olympic, but the Trojans fought off a big Sequim third quarter run with a fourth quarter run of their own and won, 57-47.

Caitlin Stofferahn led the Wolves in scoring with 26 points.
