Sequim earned eight medals and took more than a dozen athletes to the class 2A state track & field meet in Tacoma May 25-26. Stephanie Marcy won the 1600 event and placed second in the 3200, then helped the girls’ team placed 12th overall. With four medalists as well, Sequim’s boys placed 23rd as senior Jordan Garrett competed in four events (triple jump, long jump, high jump, 4x400 relay).
