Dawnya Textor has accepted the role of director of retail banking for First Federal.

She will be responsible for expanding sales and service efforts throughout the branches. Textor began her career with First Federal in 1984 and most recently was a regional manager in First Federal’s Sequim-East market.

Jesse Long has accepted the position of branch manager for First Federal’s Sixth Street branch. He earned a degree in business management at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and was the former Port Angeles branch manager of Union Bank.

Patricia Kelley is the new business development officer for First Federal’s Poulsbo branch/lending center. She was the former Bainbridge Island branch manager of Kitsap Credit Union.
