Sequim’s JC Penney store once again is partnering with the Boys & Girls Club for a "roundup," which gives shoppers the option of rounding up their purchases to the nearest dollar from Aug. 6-17, with the club receiving the proceeds. On Sept. 28 from noon-4 p.m., the store will host the JC Penney Charity Day, during which the club will have the opportunity to have a booth sharing information about what they do.
"They’ve been good to us," said Bob Schilling, Boys & Girls Club executive director, of Sequim JC Penney manager Paul Quinn and his employees. "We truly appreciate it."
