NAMI Clallam County is offering two free classes for families who have a member with mental illness.

NAMI Clallam County is offering two free classes for families who have a member with mental illness.

The first is the Family to Family class, a 12-week course on consecutive Thursdays from 5:30-8:30 p.m. starting March 5 and ending May 14 in the Wendel Room at Olympic Medical Center.

This course is for family members and loved ones of adults with mental health issues, diagnosed or not.

The second is the Basics Class, a six-week course held on consecutive Thursdays from 6-9 p.m. starting March 5  and ending May 9 at the First Step Building, 325 E. Sixth St, Port Angeles.

This course is for parents and caretakers of children with mental health and behavioral issues, diagnosed or not.
