Powerful Tools for the Caregiver, a weekly 2.5-hour class on Tuesdays, will be from Feb. 2-March 8 at the Latter-Day Saints Church, 815 W. Washington St., Sequim.
Purchase of a workbook is required but there is no charge for the classes. This is an extensive educational program to help family caregivers care for themselves while caring for others.
