Pacific Primary Care, at 800 N. Fifth Ave. Suite 101, is transitioning the management and operations of the clinic to Dr. George Mathew.

Mathew will take ownership of the clinic under a new name — Pacific Family and Internal Medicine — and will be relocating the practice by the end of the year, at 522 N. Fifth Ave. Call 360-868-6435. Mathew already has started seeing patients at the new location.

Dr. Carl Weber also will transition to practice medicine at this new location, along with Dr. James Hult and Kim DePrati. Mathew has recruited Jackie Espinoza and Donna West to work at the new facility.  Call 582-2690.
