Parenting Matters Foundation presents two one-act plays by Rebecca Redshaw as a benefit for Parenting Matters and the First Teacher program at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at Olympic Theatre Arts,

"A Conversation with Hattie McDaniel" stars Marie O’Neill and Jessica Claiborne.
Actress Marianne Trowbridge stars in the one-woman play, "Four Women" portraying four characters ages 55-101.
A tribute honoring Trowbridge’s contributions to Olympic Theatre Arts over the years as a director, choreographer and performer will be held in the Gathering Hall immediately following the performances.
Parenting Matters is a nonprofit organization that educates parents to be better parents. The First Teacher program, an extension of PMF, is a resource for parents with children ages birth to 5 years. It is located in Sequim Community School.
