WeDo Fudge has its own commercial kitchen. The former espresso stand at 11 Valley Center Place (across from the old Costco) is now the commercial kitchen for WeDo Fudge. For the next few months they will just be making and packaging fudge but in early spring 2014 they hope to be offering drive-thru fudge. WeDo Fudge had been renting the commercial kitchen at Rainshadow Coffee Roasting Company since March.
