Brocklesby named among state’s best

Sequim High School’s Jayson Brocklesby capped an epic final season on the hard court last week, being named to the Associated Press All-State boys basketball team.

The Sequim athlete joined fellow senior Quentin Phillips of Olympic High School on the all-state second team.

Brocklesby averaged 20.4 points, 4.9 rebounds and two steals per game as the Wolves advanced to the state 2A tournament in March.
