Classic Shell open for service

Paul’s Classic Shell offers old-fashioned service, including filling up the car, at 504 S. Lincoln St., Port Angeles.

Tune-ups, brakes, oil changes and rebuilds also are available.

Hours are 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m.-

4 p.m. Saturday. The service station is closed Sundays.

Paul Lewis opened the station in November 2009.

Parks earns designation

Liz Parks, associate broker at Re/Max Fifth Avenue in

Sequim, has earned the certified distressed property expert designation after completing extensive training designed to assist homeowners facing foreclosures and to help home buyers in purchasing a distressed property.

The Independent Insurance Agents of Clallam County donated $5,202 to the Port Angeles Food Bank.
