Shipley Center picks sponsor of the quarter
The Shipley Center’s board of directors has selected Dungeness Courte Memory Care as its Sponsor of the Quarter Award recipient for the fourth quarter in 2015. This award honors local organizations who provide ongoing support to the Shipley Center and its members.
The Dungeness Courte Memory Care supports Shipley Center events, fundraising efforts and provides helpful information to its membership in the forms of presentations and literature. Dungeness Courte also is pivotal in local efforts to support those with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and their loved ones.
Homebuyer class offered
Evergreen Home Loans, 542 N. Fifth Ave. Ste. 2B, Sequim, is having a Free Homebuyer Education Class from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at its office. The featured speaker is Andrea Gilles, a broker at Professional Real Estate, as well as a co-owner.

Ulia Cummings, a physical therapist from Sequim MFR, is giving a presentation on Myofascial Release Treatment titled “Myofascial Release and Women’s Health” in the boardroom at The Lodge at Sherwood Village, 660 Evergreen Farm Way, Sequim, at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday,Feb. 17.
