The grant for the project came out of a partnership between Jefferson County Public Health and the Clallam Conservation District from the Environmental Protection Agency Clean Water Fund.

Additionally, a variety of local businesses, including Lakeside Industries, Angeles Concrete, Breithaupt Construction, Adamire Concrete, Angeles Millwork, Sequim Redi-Mix and Sequim Valley Trucking donated labor and material to ensure the project was a success.
