Local homebuilder Estes Builders sent eight employees to the 2015 International Builders Show in Las Vegas, Nev.

The event is the housing industry’s largest annual trade show and exhibition hosting over 125,000 industry members. Employees attended three days of educational seminars.

“We turn education into implementation,” said Carla Sebastian of Estes Builders.

“We spent face-to-face time with leading experts from all areas of homebuilding. This investment is value-added for our clients.”

Completed Home Services Manager Ryan Oase spent several hours patrolling the 3,700 vendors, spread over the Las Vegas Convention Center.

“We know more about efficiency in ceiling insulation areas and we came home with a secret weapon to prevent interior door damage,” said Oase. “It is a low-cost game changer that we are excited to share with our clients,” Oase said.
