Sequim resident Arnold Tjemsland died of natural causes on Oct. 5 at Swedish Hospital-Cherry Hill Campus in Seattle. He was 88.

Tjemsland was born on July 4, 1926.

A mass at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 121 E. Maple St., Sequim, 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10.

Harper-Ridgeview Funeral Chapel, Port Angeles, is in charge of arrangements.
