State tax webinar for businesses planned

Business owners in Washington have many responsibilities, including knowing which taxes they must report. To help reach more businesses statewide, the Washington State Department of Revenue will host a free live webinar for new and small business owners from 10-11 a.m. Thursday, July 13. In offering the webinars, Revenue aims to make it easier for small businesses to participate. Coon completes PC degree

Bill’s Plumbing &Sanikan owners would like to congratulate Nancy Coon on completing her degree at Peninsula College. She has been with the business part-time since October 2015 and now she joins the staff full time. Estes donates to nonprofits

For the 15th year in a row, Estes Builders’ charitable donation committee members met to discuss this year’s local charitable organizations that they feel have had a positive impact on the citizens of Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap counties. The awardees include the Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic, Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County, Clallam Mosaic and the Dungeness River Audubon Center.
