Olympic Medical Center’s Chief Executive Officer Eric Lewis recently honored OMC human resources manager Heather Delplain with the organization’s leadership award at a recent management meeting.

“Heather exemplifies ‘The OMC Way.’ She consistently supports OMC’s mission and values, and our strategic plan, and always treats fellow employees with respect and integrity,” Lewis said.

Delplain was also recognized for supervising the successful implementation of new human resources software intended to streamline employment applications and performance appraisals.

Delplain joined Olympic Medical in 2003 coordinating employee benefits and leaves. In 2015, she was promoted to senior HR business partner and then in 2018 to human resources manager.
