Marchi, Colvin earn finance officer awards

Teresa Marchi, chief deputy treasurer for Clallam County, and Jill Colvin, investment officer for the Clallam County Treasurer’s Office, have received the “Professional Finance Officer” award for 2011 from the Washington Finance Officers Association. The award recognizes achievements in professional service and ongoing education.
