Sequim’s Wolves may have ended their season short of a postseason goal, but Vianey Cadenas and several teammates earned plenty of respect from their peers.
Cadenas, a senior, was picked for the All-Olympic League first team for the second consecutive season.
Makayla Bentz, a also a senior, was named to the all-league second team.
Wolves Mattie Clark, Maeve Harris and Shelby Lott were named honorable mentions.
Port Angeles’ Maddie Boe was named to the all-league first team.
Klahowya’s McKenzie Cook was named Olympic League MVP after leading the league in scoring with 52 points (20 goals, 12 assists) and her coach, Troy Oelschlager, shared the coach of the year honors with Olympic’s Steve Haggerty.
